废气处理工艺流程

 一、 工艺流程说明:收集装置—光氧催化装置—离心风机—烟囱高空排放 将集气罩收集好的废气通过通风主管道送入废气处理装置,在设备中废气以缓慢速度通过,接触时间为约2秒。接着废气送入光氧催化装置,设备选用这个尺寸的原因是要保证废气在设备停留的时间要在1.5s以上,才能使废气在设备中得到充分完全的反应,生成无毒害的二氧化碳和水。最后通过风机安全、达标的从15m烟囱安全、达标的排放到大气中。

 
 
二、光氧催化技术原理及原理图解:光氧催化废气处理装置采用紫外线光源对废气分子链进行净化的专业技术,运用254纳米波段光切割、断链、燃烧、裂解废气分子链,改变分子结构,为第一重处理;取185纳米波段光对废气分子进行催化氧化,使破坏后的分子或中子、原子以O3进行结合,使有机或无机高分子恶臭化合物分子链,在催化氧化过程中,转变成低分子化合物CO2、H2O等,为第二重处理;再根据不同的废气成分配置7种以上相对应的惰性催化剂,催化剂采用蜂窝状金属网孔作为载体,全方位与光源接触,惰性催化剂在338纳米光源以下发生催化反应,放大10-30倍光源效果,使其与废气进行充分反应,缩短废气与光源接触时间,从而提高废气净化效率,催化剂还具有类似于植物光合作用,对废气进行净化效果,为第三重处理,通过三重处理后的废气其除臭最高可达99%以上,净化、脱臭效果大大超过国家1993年颁布的恶臭污染物排放标准
