活性炭吸脱附催化燃烧塔
蓄热式催化焚烧炉，是将低温催化氧化与蓄热技术相结合的一种有机废气处理设备。该设备是在RTO技术基础上发展起来的一种新型挥发性有机物处理设备，它吸取了RTO能够充分蓄热回收热能的优点，在催化氧化过程中，催化剂表面的作用使反应物分子富集于催化剂表面，催化剂降低反应所需活化能，加快了氧化反应的进行，提高了氧化反应的速率。在特定催化剂的作用下，有机物在较低的温度下（250℃～300℃）发生氧化分解，生成CO2和H2O，并放出大量热能。。
选型及注意事项：
废气成分中，不含下列物质：
A. 有高粘性的油脂类。
B.磷、铋、砷、锑、汞、铅、锡。
C.高浓度的粉尘
I. overview
The activated carbon adsorption method utilizes the surface force of the high performance activated carbon adsorbent ( adsorbate ) solid itself to attract and adsorb the adsorbate of VOC molecules on the surface of the adsorbent so as to achieve the purpose of removing the VOC substances.
The activated carbon adsorption method can be used to remove volatile organic compounds from waste gas at low VOC concentration, and has good economic benefits. Therefore, in the aspect of air pollutant control, it is particularly suitable for treating exhaust gas containing low concentration VOC, such as semiconductor factory, LCD factory, PCB factory, etc.

The adsorption tower body is in a horizontal design, the active carbon adsorption layer adopts a multi-zone vertical arrangement, so that the contact area between the active carbon and the exhaust gas is increased; an extraction type primary filter screen is arranged at the front section of the active carbon adsorption layer, so that particles in the exhaust gas can be filtered first, the active carbon adsorption layer can be prevented from being blocked, and the active carbon adsorption layer can be treated according to the index requirements of industrial waste emission specified by the local government, and then discharged into the atmosphere.
