低温等离子净化设备

 一、 概述

低温等离子体是继固态、液态、气态之后的物质第四态，当外加电压达到气体的着火电压时，气体分子被击穿，产生包括电子、各种离子、原子和自由基在内的混合体。放电过程中虽然电子温度很高，但重粒子温度很低，整个体系呈现低温状态，所以称为低温等离子体。低温等离子体降解污染物是利用这些高能电子、自由基等活性粒子和废气中的污染物作用，使污染物分子在极短的时间内发生分解，并发生后续的各种反应以达到降解污染物的目的。低温等离子体的产生方法有：辉光放电，电晕放电，介质阻挡放电，射频放电，滑动弧放电，射流放电，大气压辉光放电，次大气压辉光放电。

二、 工艺原理及流程：

（1）工艺原理：当废气经过等离子发生器时，在高压脉冲电场中，通过前后沿陡峭、脉宽极窄（ns）的高压脉冲电晕放电，在常温下获得非平衡高能低温等离子体，即产生大量高能电子（约5eV）和具有极强氧化性能的羟基自由基（·OH、·HO2、·O）、以及氧化性极强O3等高能活性粒子，与废气中有机物分子进行非弹性碰撞，使有机物分子化学键断裂，发生一系列复杂氧化、降解化学反应，最终使废气中有毒有害有机物转变为无害的二氧化碳和水等，使废气得到净化。

三、设备适用性：

适用的参数类型：大风量、低浓度的工业有机废气治理。

The low temperature plasma is the fourth state of the substance after the solid, liquid, and gaseous state, and when the applied voltage reaches the ignition voltage of the gas, the gas molecules are broken down to produce a mixture including electrons, various ions, atoms, and radicals. Although the electron temperature is very high, but the temperature of heavy particles is very low, the whole system presents a low temperature state, so called low temperature plasma. Low temperature plasma degradation of pollutants is to use these high energy electrons, free radicals and other active particles and the role of pollutants in the exhaust gas, so that the pollutant molecules in a very short time decomposition, and subsequent reactions to achieve the purpose of pollutant degradation. The low temperature plasma is produced by glow discharge, corona discharge, dielectric barrier discharge, radio frequency discharge, sliding arc discharge, jet discharge, atmospheric pressure glow discharge and sub-atmospheric pressure glow discharge.
Ii. process principle and process:
( 1 ) process principle: when exhaust gas passes through a plasma generator, an unbalanced high-energy low-temperature plasma is obtained at normal temperature by high-voltage pulse corona discharge with steep front and back edges and extremely narrow pulse width ( ns ), namely, a large number of high-energy electrons ( about 5ev ) and hydroxyl radicals ( oh, ho2, o ) with extremely strong oxidation performance are generated
